Design of sling bars
The highly visible, yellow sling bars are robust for both wheelchair users and any standing person. The shape of the bars allows them to be gripped in various places, providing a sense of comfort and stability. The E Series grab bars are EN 1756 compliant.
Low centre of gravity
To maximise the loading height of a passenger into the vehicle, the platform has a low profile. Even when the platform is in the lowest position, the sill remains very low to the ground, causing no trip hazard. A particularly important requirement if the route through the platform is used as an emergency exit.
