Aluminium Rails

Aluminum rails are rail solutions for the transportation market. 

Aluminium rails are used to provide flexibility in vehicle seating layout on the vehicle floor. Each rail has a route where seats can be securely installed in the vehicle by using fixings. In summary, it is possible to move, add or remove seats as needed. 

Low profile rail 

Easy to install and can be embedded in the vehicle floor for a clean finish, with a height above the finish floor of just 4 mm. The low-profile rail requires M8 fixings, fixed into holes at 101.6 mm intervals. These rail types are available in different lengths up to 6m. 

Surface mounted rails 

Designed for vehicles where flush rails are not possible, the surface rail is quick and easy to install on most vehicle floors, with a final height of only 14mm above the floor. The surface rail is a common solution for the installation of the 3rd passenger restraint point. The surface rail is available in different lengths up to 6m. 

Reinforced rail 

The reinforced rail is specially designed to increase the structural integrity and strength of the vehicle floor and is the ideal choice for bus conversions. The reinforced rail is fixed using M8 steel bolts and is available in four different lengths.
